Reflection
I know how hard it can be for individual leaders and teams to make time to think, to step back from the demands of the day to day, to reflect on what’s working, what’s not, and what they might want to change or try out.
Using my coaching, facilitation, and supervisory skills, I create and hold spaces for safe and supported reflection and learning. In these spaces, participants are able to reflect on what’s been happening in their work, what they think and feel about it, and what they might want to do differently, in partnership with with their peers.
My reflective practice has also included undertaking qualitative evaluation work, including:
-
Providing evaluation support for the Rank Foundation’s Start Here programme in Northern Ireland, including facilitation of a Theory of Change process
-
Evaluation of the Churchill Fellowship’s Fellowship and Activate programmes (with Dr Marit Boot)
-
Evaluation of the Rank Foundation’s Dundee Community Development Programme (with Claire Edwards)
-
Evaluation of place-based cohorts within Rank’s Time to Shine internship programme
