About me

I am passionate about personal and professional development for the people and organisations I support through my work, and for myself.


I work in partnership with my clients, in a strongly relational and appreciative way, to create spaces for reflection and problem-solving. I design bespoke interventions and programmes of activity to meet learning and development needs, starting with ‘what is’ and focusing on moving towards ‘what might be’.


I am deeply curious about what motivates and enables change for individuals, organisations, and the systems they work in; I enjoy finding creative and enabling ways to address challenges, overcome barriers and support development.


My work draws on my practice and experience working in innovation, social change, and leadership development, within a varied and diverse career across the voluntary and public sectors, over the last thirty years and more.
