I am a coach, mentor, facilitator, and leadership professional with over 30 years of experience in a varied career working across sectors.

I have been freelancing for over a decade, working with a range of clients including the Innovation Unit, the Rank Foundation and the Churchill Fellowship.

From 2009 to 2013, I was the founding Fellowship Director for the Clore Social Leadership Programme for the voluntary and community sector. Before that, I worked in programme design and delivery for Nesta, the UK’s innovation agency (2004 to 2008).

Coaching

I am an experienced and qualified coach working with leaders at every level. I am accredited with the International Coach Federation (ICF) at Professional Certified Coach (PCC) level.

Facilitation

I am experienced designer and facilitator of a range of activities from Theory of Change sessions to development days for staff teams and trustees. I am also a trained Action Learning Facilitator.

Reflection

I am highly skilled in supporting reflective practice, and in creating and holding space for reflection, learning and evaluation for my clients.

I have been impressed by the speed with which Siobhan grasps the fundamental objectives of the organisation and the priority issues. She made running an organisational development day a possibility for a small charity.

Siobhan took the pressure off me as a Director with multiple priorities and delivered clarity, speed and economy to the planning and delivery process.

Gavin Clayton,
Executive Director, Arts & Minds
