COACH MENTOR FACILITATOR PROJECT MANAGER
Recently, I facilitated development sessions with staff at the University of Staffordshire in Stoke, away days for staff and Trustees for SNAPS in Leeds, for the Friends Provident Foundation, and for senior staff at the Royal Statistical Society.
In my role as Fellowship Director at the Clore Social Leadership Programme, I undertook facilitation training with Organisational Development specialists Sheppard Moscow.
I am currently facilitating an Action Learning set for members of the York Women’s Network and, in recent years, have facilitated sets for managers of organisations supported through Rank’s Time to Shine programme, and another for interns on the programme.
Managing Director, Accessible Arts and Media
Siobhan facilitated board and staff development sessions for Accessible Arts & Media at a crucial time for the organization.
Her critical appreciation of the situation was spot on and her facilitation skills were first rate, ensuring that everyone was relaxed yet focused and making it a really meaningful and useful exercise that has laid the foundations for change to come.
Chief Executive Officer
University of York Students' Union (YUSU)
Siobhan helped me develop a tailored structure and content for a leadership team residential course.
She developed a clear understanding of the culture and team I wanted to create and used this to generate interesting content, which she then helped deliver and facilitate.
Siobhan allowed me as CEO to lead on some elements and participate on others, creating a very individual and high impact few days for my leadership team.
Executive Director, Arts & Minds
I have been impressed by the speed with which Siobhan grasps the fundamental objectives of the organisation and the priority issues.
She made running an organisational development day a possibility for a small charity.
Siobhan took the pressure off me as a Director with multiple priorities and delivered clarity, speed and economy to the planning and delivery process.
(Special Needs and Parent Support Yorkshire)
The Board of Trustees for SNAPS worked with Siobhan on a Trustee Development Day at a key point in our growth.
Her skillful focus on working to the brief and helping us achieve our objectives
for the day was key -
We benefited from her experience and enthusiasm, and would be very happy to work with her again.
Royal Statistical Society
Siobhan worked with me and my Senior Management Team to identify our key strategic issues, and to then develop and facilitate an away day for us to explore these.
Siobhan managed this process excellently, and was a very good facilitator, allowing us to have important conversations in a safe way. I would recommend her.
Danielle Walker Palmour
Friends Provident Foundation
Siobhan facilitated a key trustee and staff away day to explore complex issues of strategy.
Her preparation was meticulous, her consultation and coordination excellent and her touch on the day was light but authoritative.
We all felt that we were heard, key points recorded and action determined.
In addition, the key objective to have fun was fully achieved.
